Peanutella Oatmeal Cookies

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients A

120g Butter
100g Brown Sugar
80g Caster Sugar
1 Egg

Ingredients B

60g Prima Superfine Wholegrain Flour
140g Oats
½ tsp Bicarbonate Soda
½ tsp Baking Powder

Ingredients C

90g Nutella
90g Peanut Butter

Ingredients D

100g Peanuts
100g Chocolate Chips

Decoration (Optional)

Melted White Chocolate

PROCEDURE

  1. Whisk butter with caster sugar and brown sugar till light. Add in egg and mix well.
  2. Add in Ingredients B & C and mix well before folding in Ingredients D.
  3. Freeze the dough for at least ½ hour.
  4. Take some small balls of dough and space them spaced apart on a lined tray.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC.
  6. Melt some white chocolate to decorate the cookies.
