Sambal Cookies

INGREDIENTS

180g Prima Top Plus
110g Butter
70g Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
30g Rice Flour
½ tsp Salt
120g Sambal Paste

PROCEDURE

  1. Mix Prima Top Flour and dry ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Whisk butter until soft and mix well with flour mixture and sambal paste.
  3. Chill dough in the fridge for 15 – 20 minutes before pinching small pieces (20-30g) onto lined baking trays. Sprinkle some hae bee hiam (spicy dried shrimps) as toppings.
  4. Preheat oven to 160°C and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
