Chicken Floss Cookies

INGREDIENTS

400g Prima Cookie Mix
180g Butter
½ no Egg
¼ tsp Salt
250g Crispy Chicken Floss
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (mix of black and white)

PROCEDURE

    1. Whisk together the butter and salt until smooth and light.
    2. Mix in Prima Cookie Mix and egg, mix until a rough dough is formed.
    3. Add in crispy chicken floss and sesame seeds, mix until evenly combined.
    4. Divide the dough into 15g dough balls and place it on a greased baking paper.
    5. Bake at 175°C for 12 minutes or until edges are brown.
    6. Cool on a wire rack before serving or storing.

Tips: Sprinkle chicken floss on the dough before baking for more pronounced flavour and texture.
